Ant Photography Terms and Conditions

• Bad weather:
  If bad weather conditions on the day prevent the shoot. Then another day will be agreed by both parties.

• Ant Photography retains the copyright for all images taken on all photoshoots. Ant Photography reserves the right to use any of the images from your shoot for the purpose of self-promotion, resale as prints or other media for commercial use. In photographic contests and stock sites. on Facebook, Instagram etc. Any image containing a person will not be used without written consent from that person.

• Payment:
  Prices are in GBP Pound Sterling and can be made by Bank Transfer or cash at time of booking.

•  Waiver of liability:
  The client expressly releases Ant Photography, the photographer, and any employees from all claims, damages, and liabilities that may result from accidents or incidents that occur during the photo shoot.
